Is your neighbor a thoughtless ***hole? Mine is! Her doberman barks so loud I can hear it in my office. On the other side of the house. With the windows closed. When talking to your neighbor doesn't work (her ear buds are in, she can't hear it, other BS) buy this. It works LIKE A CHAMP. I decided to take pity on the poor dog and turn down the sensitivity speaker.
