The Neighbor's Hell Hound
I bought this about a month ago because our neighbors hell hound drives us CRAZY with its loud, scary barking very close to our house. I felt good about the money back guarantee. This product has not stopped the barking, but has noticeably reduced it. While I wish it really would silence the dog, (especially in the morning when its waking everyone in the house up!), I think this product is worth keeping.
